Shipping destinations
SitaCosmetics by Mia ships within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to Canada and Mexico. We do not currently ship to other international destinations. Available shipping options depend on your delivery address and are shown at checkout.
Order processing
In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days before being handed to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Pre-order items are not covered by the in-stock processing timeframe. Please refer to the product's pre-order information or contact support@sitacosmeticsbymia.com for its expected shipping timeframe.

Cancellation requests

International orders, customs, and duties
Orders shipped to Canada or Mexico may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges. Unless these charges are explicitly collected at checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility. Charges and import requirements vary by country.
